On every page they have posted 100% hassle free returns. Order yaskawa controller, never even took it out of the box and wanted to return it and then they tell me that they don’t accept returns on controllers. I told them why does it say on every page hassle free returns and their response was “it’s posted on the frequently asked questions page”. It’s completely misleading having hassle free returns on every product page when it’s completely bogus!!! I’ll never order anything from them again.
